Now Hiring - Sales Manager in Sarasota, FL

We have openings across the Tampa Bay area for experienced jewelry professionals! The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 5 years of experience in jewelry, management experience, and enjoys sales!

Duties:

• Drive business to the store
• Lead the sales efforts by leading, training, and supervising the sales team
• Handle sales team work scheduling
• Make adjustments to pricing that show excellent knowledge of gross margin and profitability
• Track sales and report to the corporate office

Skills:

• A track record of successful sales roles in jewelry
• Strong leadership experience and previous management experience preferred
• Excellent general computer skills, able to utilize Microsoft Office products
• Can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
